I only got a couple snapshots of Run Group #2 since I was in Group #1…. Didn't have time to really tweak the photos so they aren't as pretty as I usually try to make them.

Dave - thanks for the pics! Looks like everyone had a good time! Did the instructor ride with each of at one point? Looks kind of like that in a couple of the pics. If not, majority of people wore red!

It was an hour+ classrom, then a couple hours solo in drills (accident avoidance, threshold/ABS breaking, slalom) and then an hour+ classroom/lunch, etc. and then lapping with instructor full time in car rest of the day in two run groups of 20 mins or so per run.
Looks like fun! I'm signed up for a HPDE at Pocono on the 28, can't wait! Question: how well did everyone's stock tires hold up to a day out on the track?

I was on stock all season runflats that already had 12k miles on them... I'll need new tires soon anyway - w/ or w/o the track day... They definitely felt looser (and better IMHO) when they took in some eat.
Brakes held up well all day.
Only one car had a cooling problem... a rock had wedged in the fan and caused it to burn out the fuse for the fan... she had gotten the rock in it on the way up from portland. Unwedge the rock, replace fuse, add coolant, all good.
