Anyone in the MHK Kansas area??

Hey all I am looking to see if anyone is located in the MHK Kansas area? I have been looking for a shop that is good at working on MINIs and knows what they are doing. I am sick of driving 2.5 hours to get to Baron. Can anyone help?? Thanks

Maybe give Manhattan Motors at 1826 Tuttle Creek a try. They claim to service BMW and MINI.

You don't want to ask. I googled 'Manhattan KS auto repair shops'.

You made me laugh, good on ya. Glad you found a resource.
PS: Buzzy is a good motoring friend and a blossoming judge of fine craft brews.

Buzzy, are you a Brewer or just a judge? I am a home Brewer myself. We should talk, my 2 favorite things in life are mInis and craft beer haha.

Neither of us brew. My #2 son as done some to wild acclaim. The Buzzmeister and I enjoy visiting a local brew pub when we have either MINI in the shop for service. Far as our co- pilots know, it's 'coffee and donuts'.

More like a budding quaffer of any beer that doesn't let light through it.

I live in Clay Center…40 miles from Manhattan….**** Edwards on West Hwy 24. They worked on my "BOO" (2005 MCS 6-speed) when I needed anything done. They changed the power steering pump, leaky expansion tank etc, at a VERY reasonable priced. The parts were ordered from Barron MINI when needed. Hope this helps. Jeffrey

'Bout the only time we get to MHK is when Nana says it time to see the grandkids. That operation warrants scant deviation. The So Long Saloon or Coco Bolos are frequent destinations.

There was a program on PBS 'Sunflower Journeys' about a classic car tour of The Great White Way. That would make a fun day. We've even discussed taking a shot at it.

There's also a great scenic loop North out of Manhattan we've driven before. Nothing really to do along the way but a nice drive none the less.
