I'm afraid that you're going to have to buy the whole unit, Eddie, unless you find somebody that has separated the unit with heat and elbow grease. The only reason somebody would do that was to do the 'Joey' mod, in which case they would re-seal and re-use them. Which side is busted?

If you do replace it, hella, the OEM has a storefront on amazon, and sells them cheaper than the dealer...about $350 if I recall right for the "facelift" xenon's...
If you have the halogens, it is likely you can find them used pretty cheap, or get an exact fit OEM copy from an after market site, like rockauto, or do the pair....
About 10+ years ago when I bought my car I got 3m plastic headlight covers, very thick.....for the exact reason you experienced...
Now 10+ years later, headlights are still perfectly clear, heck the clear covers are in great shape too..
They are installed like window tint, but are VERY thick....but prevents the headlights from getting hazy or holes knocked in them from anything unless it is big enough to really hurt.....

Waymotorworks parts out wrecked cars...he has a website, but IMO call for used parts, not all are listed.
Might get you a used halogen..OEM...might even be slightly cheaper since there is not much demand for the halogen units...
That way they both have a few miles so one does not look new...
If you go new, IMO get a pair, or the car might look a bit odd...you could TRY to polish the old one to save a $.
