If I were to buy a 2006 Mini Cooper S to swap everything would it make the swap easier and what extra parts would I still need ?

 

It would make it much easier, depending on the condition of all the parts of the donor.

 

I have a complete kit in stock so you don't have to get an entire car.

 

Along with the kit I also need to find the trans and ecu and a few more things correct?

NO you don't need the S ECU, we can reprogram it

If you look around for all the parts listed you'll be able to get the total cost of the parts separately, but it'd be easier to just give him a call to find out.

EDIT: This is for auto to 6 speed, not sure if you have a 5 speed or not but the parts list would be similar.
