Leak can't figure it out!
Got up this morning noticed a leak under my 2006 mini. after checking leaking seems to be coming from two bolts sticking down under the car. Leak is clear oily substance, checked brake fluid full, motor oil down 1/2 quart which always seemed normal to me, fluid is oily but clear and no smell. Manual trany, clutch seems to work ok. HELP

Without more information I would say it's powersteering fluid, which is a very common leak on these cars unless you replace the crimp clamps the factory uses with worm style clamps.
More information would be required to diagnose what exactly your leak is, but clear and oily leads me to believe it's powersteering fluid.

Noticed the OP hasn't responded to questions, so will add without expecting much - The supercharger oil is clear as well, assuming you have a supercharger. Not much to leak out - and pricey to replace - its in the front of the engine of course.
The power steering reservoir is close to the firewall. The power steering fluid is slightly amber, but a thin layer probably looks clear.
If you haven't seen this trick before, leaving a clean sheet of cardboard under the car overnight helps pinpoint drips.
