3,500 per month
Do you have to drive for your job?
Granted I am on the low side of miles per month but that is way more than I do.

I'm about 400 miles away! Have a plan for taking a picture, but site guidelines prohibit such a post.

I have a 100 mile a day commute round trip each day, 2 trips a month to eastern Long island each one being 300 round trip, throw in some local driving and yup between 3200 and 4200 a month,

Nothing compared to my air miles however

Congrats on hitting the 100k mark.

I recently turned 141k on my 05 R50

I work 4 days a week, round trip is 102miles with local running around I average about 2k a month.
I use Royal Purple synthetic oil and religiously change my oil/filter every 7500 miles.

First time posting - 2004 MINI Cooper Manual

Hello all!!
I drive MINI Coopers all day, but I don't own one. What are the potential issues of buying a 2004 MINI Cooper non-S manual with 80k mi on it and selling my 01 civic with 70k on it? Will it be much more to maintain

Thank you very much! I hope I am posting this in a good spot. If not, any feedback would be appreciated.

If you drive them every day, you must be somewhat familiar with them, right? Do you work at a dealer?

My 2003 MCS has nearly 165K on it, the wife's 2003 MC has about 82K. Maintenance/repairs has been average. Maybe not as reliable as a Camry, but a heckova lot more fun to drive.

If you have a good independent shop near you that works on MINIs, and you don't have to pay dealer prices for service, I'd say BUY IT!
