free multi point inspection offers by local dealers

hi guys. i have had these offers from my 3 local dealers here in IL... i never bothered to try it. but now i had a phone call offer on their spring free multi point inspection and i actually am scheduled for tomorrow.... i just wanna ask... my paranoia is that... they are gonna get/exchange my working engine parts and replace with a refurbished part..... does this happen? coz i have had many experiences read over internet that after you visit the dealer for inspection.... their car experience trouble one after the other...

i only have over 13k on my odo... do you think my car really needs that?

im paranoid.. i know. my car is fine. i just wanna take it coz they said they are gonna wash my car and clean the inside(my car is clean inside)... i also mostly want them to check tires and top off liquids and check brake pads... coz i might take it on a road trip.... i also am concerned of the little rust i see under carriage.... i live in IL... so im afraid the salt rust damage undercarriage of my car... for that, i wanna take it for inspection... just concerned if they do an exchange of parts...

as always thanks for the swift reply. i asked this same questions in yahoo q&a and a a bmw tech answer right away. i wonder why i bother going to nam... anyway:

i just wanna add that while waiting for my free inspection(yes i did go)... i read about this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-Fuel-...

accdg to the MINI leaflet(obviously an ad to buy their Fuel-System-Cleaner product) if you cant find more like cant afford the premium gas.. they recommend to use -Fuel-System-Cleaner- every 3000 miles... i ALWAYS fill up my tank with premium gas.. but i do wanna try it... does it really help? esp.. in my case that i plan to fill up my tank with ONLY premium gas.
