Loud grinding vibration at high speed and high RPM

Sooooo, the problems continue! ARG!

I have just 14k on an 06 s.

I am running a madness 15% pulley on the charger and all has been well til yesterday. I was running down the E-way (yeah yeah yeah faster than I should have been) but at high RPM and higher rates of speed I was getting one hell of a loud almost squelching noise from under the hood. Supercharger loud vibration would be my guess. It was LOUD! and it freaked me out so I let up on the gas, and it stopped at once and then when I got back on it and got above 80 @ 4000 rpm + to see if it would repeat the noise it did and continued to do so every time I got heavy on the throttle. Input please!

Oh, and might I remind you that the noise, vibration, squelching sound was LOUD!

Thanks, happy turkey day to those that celebrate it. Jeff

Does this sound happen at full throttle when accelerating through the gears, or only when at highways speeds? First thought I had was the pulley slipping on the blower shaft, in that case, have things checked on immediately before damage to the shaft becomes irreparable. Another idea could be belt slippage as well.

Double check the intercooler boots to make sure they are tight as well.

Thanks! I was thinking it might be the charger itself spinning out a bearing or something. It is only under acceleration but at hwy speed, not just getting on it from the line. Under 55 the noise has never been present, yet...
