MINI Transmission + clutch replacement

helo all,

I had a MINI service last weekend and they replaced my transmission and clutch under warranty...My mileage is around 47K, MCS 04

does anyone ever get theirs replaced? how much it cost? and is that normal?

Cause the Service advisor said that was the first he seen a transmission replaced at 47K....

thanks much,
dominos

What symptoms did you take it in for? Early clutch wear comes from abuse / riding the clutch but you don't read too much about the MCS tranny being bad.
