There was an email from October 7 stating that the Annual Membership Meeting/Officer Elections was going to be on either November 14 or 15. Other than that, I can't find any more information either.
We had decided on November 21st. However, we are having a hrd time finding an available venue. At this point we will likely move the meeting to early December as we don't want to interfere with Thanksgiving.

The owner has a Mini and they have room for meetings, I saw a sign for the Rotary Club on the wall.
