Hey,
Just thought that I would post that on ebay I found two 1:18 scale model Mini Cooper "S", which I have never seen. I have never seen the "S" in a larger model, and they are only $25 and one is a charcoal Silver with black, and the other is a Electric Blue with a white roof.

sounds like a very good deal. They're both made by Kyosho, a company known for very good die cast kits as well as RC kits, I paid $79 for mine the 2 are from the same series, the EB one without a sunroof and the DS one with. Autoart should be coming out with theirs soon and I've heard it could be the best one yet.

And it doesnt have to be a model, it can be almost anything

Watch out for these ones folks... it's a modifies Cooper. You'll notice that the bonnet is too flat, not as pronounced as the S. If you can't quite see that (and it is hard) look at the back hatch. There is chrome trim, only found on the Cooper.

I'd wait personally.
