If you have this problem primarily at home, go buy yourself a humidifier. When I'm not at home, I shock everything, but at home it tends to decrease quite a bit which I think is mostly due to the fact that we have a whole house humidifier, but one in the living room and maybe the bedroom of a condo would probably help alot

I get shocked ALL THE FREAKIN' TIME!!!

I, too, touch Ollies door through my sleeve and only with the back of my hand / arm to acertain stray voltage. And I touch everything in the house with the back of my hand first, to minimize shocking.

The other day I turned on the lightswitch and could see the spark from my finger to the switch... Ow!

Nope....it happens too regularly for that to be the case! I have limited my after-dark motorings, to save the street lighting budget!

I have a couple of cast iron pots that I keep full of water, behind the woodstove. No shocks here

^^ I don't have a woodstove. Do you think it would work if I put them behind my boiler?

The humble maintenance worker must bow to the Reiki Master, but the Reiki Master must promise to give advance warning to my boss when traveling in my area.
