Here For An Extended Visit

Well after recent happenings in the other sections of NAM i have decided to only post in the off-topic forum! Everyone here seems to get along with everybody and play well with others! Here is to NAM getting out of this funk and back to normal. ,

I'm tempted to give a or even a response in jest. Actually, I guess I just did.

Once I visited performance mods. I left quickly because I was afraid of getting hit over the head with a pool cue. Two words: biker bar.

I like OT mostly for the friendships but also the comfortable surroundings. So welcome to OT Extended Stay Suites . Kick off your shoes, make yourself comfortable, there's an open bar and courtesy breakfast each morning.

Good news! Are you ready for your initiation? All you have to do is answer the question in Question: Henry Hudson and 9 pins thread. It's an open book test so feel free to research as much as possible.

Well.... get going, we don't have all day!

By the way don't click the henry hudson thing, it doesn't work, and any way we're not all that technically inclined in OT.

Egads, we are lucky for your honesty. I mentioned the open bar, OmToast offered to get you a drink, and we would have both been in trouble with John Law if you weren't honest. But as long as she's getting you the Dr. Pepper I hope she remembers my martini glass is empty.

I generally find myself in OT or MINI Talk most of the time as I have a Cooper, (almost) zero mods, none planned, and 7-hole wheels I'm quite attached to. I like the community aspect of NAM so I'm not here to incite much of anything. Cheers!!

Welcome mybro

We all tend to get nicknames here, mybro has a nice ring to it.

Now there are some issues here in OT that need some attention. Things like the weather, pets, being sick, ranting about any and everything. We will need to know what you like to eat, and we already know about your choice of beverage

You will find a thread to post what you look like. And one of what your pet looks like.

The only stickie is something we DON'T talk about, unless baseball is involved.

The insomniac thread is always open late.

Smilies are enguaraged

Your fav tunes will come up alot.

A lot of us are old farts, so we may be abit slow at times, but we love our MINIs, and the gang that hangs here

You can call me lot, or lotsie, just don't call me Mr. lot. Then I feel old
Or I'm in trouble

Enjoy

Yo, mybro! Welcome to OT, ben!! Pssssst.....it's a secret, but this forum is where the MINI culture socializes, plays, shares gossip and news items, and is the REAL site clubhouse, IMHO!

As for your choice of drink, I am an avowed DDP addict (Diet Dr. Pepper), so cheers to you and your good taste, tee hee!

Hugs!

Clover

Well if you're going to have one I'd say at least two.

Have a cigar then, and some nice rare red meat. Or....just go visit Mr. Lot where the drinking age is 18, and post from there.

Though some are challenged with the latter (see late night insomniac thread), he is with good company with that first passion.

Jds, add a lemon or lime slice with that Diet Coke and you have a health drink with next to no calories.

I must confess here that I have been cheating on the good Dr. Pepper (DDP) with DMDCR! That is Diet Mountain Dew Code Red, which tastes like a melted Big Stick popsicle to me!
