Yes, it seems that one of our little Core Mods is getting a year older today!
Michael:
I wish you a happy birthday and do hope you have an enjoyable a fun filled day. I'm sure all your friends here and around the world in the MINI community wish you the same. So smile and have a great day.
(To everyone else: Michael woke up in a non-festive mood this morning, do you think you could help him enjoy his day by either telling him your worst birthday memory or why he should cut his wife a break and be happy????)
I'd be pissed too if I had to clean up all that confetti from the driveway!
How the heck does one remove candlewax from BRG paint anyway?
Happy B-Day big guy!

Ok, I'm not depressed or anything like that... I'm just not as Patricia puts it "in a festive mood."
Since the questions are going to come... What I got for my birthday:
Yesterday I bought a new computer (should be here by the 10th of Jan), I'm still looking for the LCD monitor to go with it.
And once David get's up from his nap, the three of us are headed out to do something we've talked about for quite a while.
:smile:Good to train the boy early to be comfortable in car dealerships! Get him started in the car-freak world!
Well? Did ya get a new MCS? Hmmmmmmm?
Clover
I can assure you that Michael did not purchase a MCS yesterday. He got a computer (NOT A CAR) for his birthday. So what did we do yesterday that we had been wanting to do for while?? Well, unlike Michael I'll share the fun afternoon. We put Boy in the car and MOTORED for the balance of the evening. We enjoyed bonding with the Cooper again (its carseat had been in FL for the last month so it had been a bit since the family got to motor together.
Sorry to disappoint, but we aren't yet ready to push the button on the order of the MCS yet.

Not disappointed, at all, sweetie! Just based on Michael's cryptic wording, he MADE it seem like a new MINI was on the way! Hope he likes his new computer....great gift!
Eeeek....how could you stand not motoring in your MINI for so long???!!?? OMG! How does the lad enjoy motoring? (Meaning David....not Michael..tee hee!)
