Just wondering.. i have very poor vision so I reach for my glasses
until I can transport myself to my contact lenses.

I think the first thing you grab in the morning is the utmost necessity
in your life. think about.. ?

I'm tempted to say it depends who I'm sleeping with, but I won't.

If your theory is right my life is worse than I feared. It's the remote for a TV set.

The Tv is not necessarily a bad thing. What channel do you flip to? if its CNN or morning news, etc, thats great because you feel the need to be informed. If its SpongeBob...

I usually go right for my email, absolute first. after that, its contact lenses or glasses because I realize that I cant read whats on the screen without squinty-eyes.

It is CNN. But what finally pushes me out of the sack is that I also have a strong desire to check my e-mail and read papers on-line. All this with the 9 inch TV right beside me.

As those subjected to my posts on OT-Politics must know, I am a junkie for news and these sites. I get up at least an hour earlier than needed just so I have time to pursue these addictions.

The alarm clock. It sounds like a rooster. Which is why all of my dreams end with farm animals.

The back door (open)
The back door (closed)
The snoose button....

When "officially" getting up...
First thing I do is turn on the bathroom light and turn on the hot water for the shower.

toilet seat...to lift up...then right into shower, closet to get dressed, sink to brush teeth, and grab my laptop bag and head to work. No breakfast, no checking email, no tv, takes me no more then 15-20 minutes to get out of the house and off to work...and about an hour later I wake up

Glasses. With 20:600 vision, I can't go far without them... then I pet the cat which is usually curled up on the comforter around my feet...
