The Lancaster PA area has quite a few as well. Before I got married I lived just outside Virginville. Blue Ball was always right at hand, and I actually never it made it to Intercourse until after I got married.

There's also a Bald Knob and a Knob Lick. Now my warped mind comes up with some real "unusual" images when I hear those names.
