I'm not avoiding the kids and I do want to help them but it's just such a depressing situation coupled with a not-so-great instructor which makes me dread Mondays and Tuesdays for the next four weeks.

Why can't we have snow days in Los Angeles?? I could use one right now.

Hey all.

Finally got the red rover on the road today. It didn't go anywhere near as smoothly as I would have liked - it started raining about halfway into the job. Then to add insult to injury - once I got everything back together, it wouldn't start! Turns out, the starter went out...this is the 2nd starter in less than a year. Looks like I'll have to get NAPA to warranty this starter as well...kinda stinks considering I installed the current starter about 3 months ago. It's not exactly the easiest starter to replace either.

I managed to get the engine started by tapping the starter with a lead mallet...that was enough to get the rover home...

How is everyone doing??

g'morning everyone. It's definitely a monday here... My boss is out (babysitter was sick, so he's at home with those duties)...and as usual for a monday with the boss out - I've been swamped with all kinds of problems...

I've been pondering lately what to be for halloween... I've got a choice of a Mandalorian, Tusken Raider, Darth Sidious (probably not that...it's David's) or just traditional Japanese clothes... hmmmmm

yeah clinical was okay today. it was still depressing and sucky but it was okay. SEVEN more clinical days left..

gonna go mope around for a bit since i don't feel like being productive.

yeah i'm waiting for the rain too. it's a good reason to snuggle under the covers and hide from the rest of the world.
