Call For Help - Wildlife Weigh Station Rescue Center

I am posting this here because I know that many of us MINI owners share a passion for helping animals. The Wildlife Weigh Station in Los Angeles has been rescuing, rehabilitating, and caring for injured & displaced wildlife for over three decades. They have treated over 77,000 animals to date and currently care for over 400 handicapped and injured animals.

Unfortunately, they are in serious financial trouble and face an immediate threat of being closed down by the county. If this happens, the majority of the 400+ animals in their care may be euthanized. Most cannot survive in the wild and are unsuitable for placement in zoos. Closure of the 24 hour animal hospital and care center will be a disaster for wildlife in the LA area. With no place to go, injured and displaced animals will be put down.

Please do anything you can to help them. ANY donation at all will help them survive. Here is a link for more information: http://www.wildlifewaystation.org/ww...item.php?id=38

NOTE: I am not affiliated with the WWS but I am working full time to help this organization. If you are interested in helping through political action or fundraising, please contact me or the organization directly. Thank you.

Rick Anderson
