Just for fun (not real gambling for any sourpuss' out there);
I have a competition going with myself to see how long I can grow my natural fingernails. They are getting so long it is making it very hard to type and do daily tasks (scratching bug bites has been lovely though!). Usually they snap off by now or I get annoyed and hack them off so I've started counting down the minutes until this happens and thought some of you might want to join in.
We'll make this a typical betting pool to see who can get the closest. Pick your day & which finger nail you think I will snap off first (or if you think I'll clip them all off in a mad fury!!! muwah ha ha ha) I'll update the bets below the photo as they come in Whoever gets the closest...WINS!!! (winner will get something spiffy from me) September;

They are indeed 100% my real nails (no additions) and I have only painted the topside tips pink, nothing else they are very thick, I can open soda cans with them and I have yet to meet anyone who's nails have kungfu like mine! LOL
My nails are way too long and I just know I'm about to tear one any moment now, so I can totally relate to this pool. Okay....I say your ring finger's nail on the left hand will be the first to go and it will happen September 9.
Oh boy, how about right thumb on Sept 13.

Em, I have kung fu nails too...I use my thumbnail as a screwdriver all the time.
My nails laugh at pop-top cans. I have to trim them every 2 weeks during the summer.

I love gun-jumping! Of course, I agree with Jay and hope your nails don't break, at all, in September...that would be ideal.
Okay, I'm gonna jump in here for the fun of it! I think you'll make it through Sept, but not October, sometime around the middle, say the sixteenth and it'll be the right index finger. Hope I win something wonderful!
