On May 17th NorCal MINIS will be cruising up to the Wine Country of the Napa Valley for a thrilling drive through some twisty MINI style back roads.
East Bay folks meet @ East Bay MINI 8am.
South Bay meeting spot is Vallco Mall @ 8am. No spot set yet for the North Bay and out lying areas.
We will meet up for the main caravan up to Napa in Emeryville @ IKEA, around 9-9:30am.
From there we will drive up to Napa and on to Lake Berryessa for a BBQ lunch.
Sacramento caravan will be meeting at 8:30. There is a Shell station off of I-80 at the West Capital Ave exit.
East Bay caravan will meet at East Bay MINI 8am.
South Bay caravan will meet at Vallco Mall 8am.

From the sounds of things plenty of food will be available, but you may want to bring something just in case.
If you have a two-way/FRS radio it is STRONGLY recommended that you bring one. These make everyone’s life much, much easier if we get separated as a group or if anyone has any problems (nobody has yet though!). We will be using channel 4 sub 1.
There is also the possibility of a raffle maybe taking place to raise money for future club expenses (incorporation, website fees, postage, etc.). As long as we have a good turn out the raffle will happen. Our first and only official club sponsor Mini Mania has donated a set of lowering springs and a front-end bra for the raffle. Since they are unable to attend this meet, we can just work something out with the winners so they can get their prizes.
Everyone is welcome to come, this is a free event and the only requirement is that you have fun! Hope to see you all in the Wine Country!
