So, Mallory (my 2003 BRG Cooper S) currently lives infront of my house, moving twice a week for street cleaning (monday & wednesday). But I am going home to the midwest for 10 days, and given the possibility of enforcing 72 hour "abandoned" car law coupled with $100 worth of parking tickets (plus cold / rainy weather), or the $120 for airport parking outside without her car cover on, i am starting to worry about my options.
So, i figured this place would be the best to advertise and see if maybe someone here could give me a hand. I am looking for either garage or street (if there is no street cleaning, sorry folks I will be taking my keys with me) parking for Mallory from the 24th of December to the 2nd of Januaray. I can arrage all my own transport to / from, and would be glad to pay for my time there, so long as her cover could be on and she is in a safe area. If you are not going to be using your driveway, garage, etc, i'd REALLY appriciate it and would again compensate for the days I'd be inconvenencing you. I am flexible on the dates going longer if you are going to be out of town or go out of town sooner, and am happy to buy you lunch to talk it over with you, let you know that I am a trustworthy owner just looking to keep his baby safe (and obviously so I can do the same with you and make sure she'll be parked in a safe spot). I am located in Balboa Park (right near stonestown galleria), and am fine driving anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, marin, and as far south as Mountain View.
Thanks norm and mini driver, my buddy ended up driving and not needing his garage, so mallory's safe n dry. I appriciate the offer up, this is why i heart this forum.
