Dealer Service from Mini of Mountain View?

I know many here (and other online Mini sites) are partial to EBMini, but it's out of the way for me since I'm in South Bay (San Jose). Has anyone used MOMV lately, and can attest to their service? I do know that there was a service dept. strike in the summer (which lead to some turnover?)

If it truly is attrocious, I may have to trek out to EBMini after all.

TIA

I wouldnt go there simply based on how they dealt with their employees during/after the strike.

I don't know any of the employees personally so no way of knowing how they ended up getting treated in the strike. Care to elaborate. Easy Bay Mini is nearly double the distance for me.

Had to have my brakes done on an '03 and found BMW repair and service in Mountain View. Great price for both front and rear brakes. Plus he found a slight leak and fixed it for free. The owner is Len. I highly recommend his work. Plus, it's right next to a great BBQ place so you can get a pulled pork sandwich while you wait!

Thanks for the recommendation, it's just that I'm still under warranty, so planning to go to the dealer....still debating, been so busy I haven't made an appt. yet.
