Meeting point is:
Nimbus Winery
12401 Folsom Blvd
Rancho Cordova, CA, 95742
Meeting at 9:00AM (this is to meet everyone and to avoid traffic as best as possible)
The 2 groups will be divided into the following:
"Spirited" - for those who wish to run at posted speeds in twisty roads and a little above
"Cruz" - For those who wish to open the throttle sparingly but prefer to see the senaery.
On the road at 9:20am on the button.
****Please remember to bring 2 way radios if at all possible.***
Lunch will be at the Forest Buffet at Harrah’s Casino Casio for those who are interested.
The food is ok but the view is worth the price of admission.
Spread the word as it is open to all.
This is a day run so if you are in a time crunch know that the soonest you would be back is close to 3:00pm to Sacramento.

This would be better moved to the Northern California thread and possibly revised to list it as a Northern California MINI Run so as not to detract from NorCal's event already scheduled on the same weekend.

This is a quick update and reminder. I have spoken to Harish and everything is ready for our arrival on the 27th. Security is aware we will be there and be parking in the back lot around noon. They will have patrols of the lot to make sure all the cars are safe.
I have also let the forest buffet know we will be eating at their facilities.
FYI I did Hwy 4 over Ebbets Pass last weekend. The pavement is new on alot of it and the traffic light up near the top. I don't know your route but 4 was worth it. Alpine Lake makes a nice stop too.

thanks for the 411. We will have maps for the route at the event.
also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring or purchase a 2 way radio. Motorola is the best brand. If you want to keep the cost down, split the costs with someone as there are 2 in a package.
