Any chance of getting a side profile shot of the "Hood Scoop"? Its really hard to see how its designed in the top-down photo.

Very nice!

However, an introductory price of $265 seems a tad steep in order to be considered competitive with the more popular scoops out there -- namely the offerings from m7. And, except for the carbon fibre scoops, even the m7 offerings aren't exactly cheap when you consider what they're comprised of.

While the Palo Uber scoop does provide a lovely yet aggressive probiscus to the Cooper S, I'd like to see a more detailed description (including under-hood and side profile photos, as well as materials used, tests carried out, etc.).

In other words, I'd like Palo Uber to 'sell' me on why I should pay more, or at least provide a reason (e.g. manufacturing costs) as to why they have to charge more, before I even consider this product.

It does say 147% more air flow and does come prepainted Black. Coming prepainted, I guess it's a decent price. It looks interesting but I would definitly like more pics, especially from the side.

That's what it says. However, we neither have the slightest idea as to how the number or colour was obtained. "Finished in Palo Uber shadow line black" doesn't necessarily mean it's been painted; it looks remarkably similar in colour and texture to the factory plastic fender trim (which isn't necessarily a bad thing).
