Hey! How are you. I purchased a Mini From you guys about four weeks ago, it hasn't come in yet. I was Just wondering If this deal still applied it would be great if does. I purchased a 2008 r56 mini cooper s with every option possible and paid in cash, it should account for something? Nevertheless you guys have very good sales people specifically Mercedes Jones. We purchased Solitaire from Westchester Mini back in September 2005. Steve was our MA and it was his attitude that swung me and my wife to buy the MINI over a BMW from their sister showroom.

My husband and I had just purchased Mini Cooper from Westchester BMW and Mini and had a very pleasant buying experiance, as well. My motoring advisor was Steve Stein. He was very nice and pleasant to work with. I higly suggest Steave if you are ready to buy your Mini.

i brought my mini in for service for basic maintenance, they replaced alot of stuff and once again did the sunroof tsb so its ready for summeruntil it dosnt work again lol i think our cars are allergic to sun. My rear light has moisture in it and all they need do is dry and reseal but they decided just to replace it. anyway it seems like now that its owned by ray cantena service will stay good. i liked having a seperate mmini service area made me feel like someone had some expertise with just minis.
I was lucky enough to purchase my 2005 Mini Cooper S from you Steve, and you made the whole experience truly unforgettable! Between the car, picking it up with the white bow was just like the greatest thing. That is why I am extremely dismayed at how it seems BMW has dropped the ball in regards to the power steering pump. My Mini only has 51,000 miles on it and even though there has been countless complaints to NHTSA, there has been no recall on this very serious and dangerous issue. It has me rethinking about continuing my car experience with Mini, I was extremely interested about the new Clubman, but I'm thinking BMW is waiting for a death, a la Toyota before something is done about this. I am extremely disappointed in Mini/BMW.
Purchased my Camden Mini from these guys, Patrick specifically, and it was a great experience. Every time I bring my car in, or have an issue they always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule and get the car back to me as soon as possible. Everyone at the dealer is nice and helpful. Thanks for a great buying experience, and a great car!
