Need a good shop near Poughkeepsie

I have an aftermarket extended warranty on my 2003 Cooper S JCW that expires in 1500 miles. There are a couple of minor repairs I know I need (engine mount, seat rail), but I want a shop that knows MINIs to shake this baby down and find anything that even suggests that it needs replacing.

The shop can't be a dealership because they refuse to install aftermarket or customer-supplied parts (at least MINI of Manhattan won't; I don't know about other dealerships).

I live in Poughkeepsie and work in Manhattan, so anything from Nassau County through Columbia County is fair game. I'm new to the area, so thanks in advance for the help.
