eh that site is all over the place and I find this forum easier to use. Do you happen to know anything going on in the ny area? I'm from the island but could travel to jersey or penn if the meet is worth it. I see you are from ny that's why I ask.

This site is def easier to use...but that site has more info re: meets in nj/westchester/LI... I live in Rockland..not sure where you are in LI..not familar too much out that way...
Hi guys......Eastern Long Island here. The best bet is NEMINI......just work with it a while and you'll find it easier. I had a awful time in the beginning and missed a lot of great events! Also there is USMINIclub.com, but if you think NEMINI is bad they are even worse, but there are a lot of fun small events on Long Island, like the BBQ on shelter Island the end of July. Also there is an event at Lime Rock Park on labor day weekend that is a "not to be missed event"! hope this helps.
hey seatrax I'm eastern long island as well, so if you want to keep in touch with each other this way we both know about events I'd sure appreciate it.

Sure no problem, I'm mainly on NEMINI. We will be heading to MINIsota to the MINI Meet East Meets West 50th Anniversary Event. Leaving home this tuesday and return on July 8th, just in case you don't hear from me.
