Watkins Glen International Opening Day Sun. 4/26/09
Watkins Glen Racetrack Opening Day is Sunday, April 26th. WGI has 3 paced laps for $20 (unless it's gone up to $25), and the racetrack does this as a charity fundraiser. We've been doing this since 2003, and it's always a good way to start the driving season!
The first entrance at Watkins Glen International is the entrance used for this event. We'll meet at the 3rd entrance off County Road 16 at 10 AM, then head back down to the main entrance once all the Minis are together.
I'll have 2 way radios on channel 7, sub channel 21.
Once again, any one who is interested in lunch, we will invade the Crooked Rooster Brewpub, Franklin St in Watkins Glen. (They haven't kicked us out yet!)
