Leased MCS 07 and upgrading the sound system

I am in the process of leasing a new MCS and I am looking at upgrading the sound system. I will not touch the head unit. However, I plan on using JL Audio Clean Sweep to clean up the sound and attach two amps with new speakers all around and a sub-woofer. If I go through with the plan upgrade will I void the warranty on the car? I will also return the car to it original condition before the lease is up so I don’t get hit with any charges. Also, does anyone have any suggestions for speakers in the Mini?

Thanks

as long as the person doing the install has a mecp certification or you take it to a car audio store for install. you will be fine
p.s. i was an installer for four years

yeah you should be safe as long as cert. people do installs and you restore it to orig. cond. anddd nothing is obviously changed to the mini techs that will look over the returned leased car....i leased once and yeah as long as your not doing huge stuff and you can go back to stock ..everything is fine

Thanks for the information

In the past, I have leased Honda cars so this is my first experience with Mini's. I just want to make sure I get it right.

I didn't pay too much attention to it when I took the MINI for a test drive but it looks like it's not easy to change things around in the new center console. If I'm wrong about this I might consider getting some after market stuff too.
