Sat nav screen

Can anybody help me on this one please ?
My sat nav screen is completely blank, nothing on the screen at all?

check the fuse?

F22 I believe, 4 from top of middle row of in car panel, 15 amp

if the fuse is good, leave it out for a minute or so ... this should work the same as disconnecting the battery and force a hard restart of the nav package

it was a reach .....

sorry to say your display may have died .....

isn't the disk drive for the GEN1 nav under the pass' seat? Check the connections???? Check there is no wetness ....

ANYONE ELSE feel free to chime in .......

you could go one step more and disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and force a reboot of everything ..... again, a reach.

Hi drivers seat over here in the uk, no wetness and the disc ejects and feeds all ok it's just the screen it's self has no life whatsoever

Just a quick update on this in case anyone else gets stuck, I actually traced this fault back to a loose plug on the back of the fuse board that was causing all of my problems
All working fine now
