Flip-Out screen?

So after lots of searching and no real luck, as well as pulling my console apart... a Double-Din is unfortunately going to be a lot of work. Just don't want to have to fork out $600+ for one that will fit (New Alpine Apple Car Play is only 3" deep)

So I am going to go with a Single Din... Will the ones with a flip out motorized screen fit?

According to Crutchfield, it won't fit, but my Audio Shop locally says it will. Any input guys?

Don't know about that particular unit, but others have installed headunits with flip out screens in the past.
