Loose speaker ring

Howdy folks -

Just noticed my Cabrio (with HK) has a loose speaker ring on the rear passenger side. It's dangling by the top hinge/edge and hasn't fallen off completely. I tried wiggling the ring but it won't dislodge. What's broken? Any idea as to how to fix this?

BTW, the speaker is not loose, just the ring.

Thanks!

Loose with gap...

These are held on through the door panel by melting plastic posts on the backside of the speaker ring. You can remove the door panel and apply some hot glue or other adhesive to the post.
