Looks like a wiring harness for gen 1 mini's:

1st gen Mini & cabrio - Interfaces, fitting kits etc

HK Enabler Allows aftermarket stereos towork with the optional factory HK amplifier. 2 versions are available; Version 1; plug & play HK enabler from factory plug to ISO standard connector. Activates the HK amp in standard HK mode Version 2, plug & play HK enabler from factory plug to ISO standard connector with small push button to allow access to the various HK modes & fader. If your Mini has the Multi Function Steering Wheel we can link one of our MFSW adaptors to the HK enabler. BACK IN STOCK This device was designed by Ian at www.gbmini.net

Ian has a document on his site: http://www.gbmini.net/MINIcircuit/HKenabler.pdf

Red: +12V supply out from aftermarket head unit (the “amp switch” signal)
Black: 0V (chassis)
White: iBus signal (pin 9 of the stock head unit connector)

BTW, this thread is in the wrong forum (2nd gen).
