DLS Reference 6.3 speakers

I plan to replace the HIFI speakers in my new/used 2008 Coupe. Anyone familiar with the DLA Reference 6.3, 3 way component system speakers? Made in Sweden and apparently have a good reputation. 93db sensitivity. I think they would fit. The 6.5 inch woofer depth is 2.48 inches and the mid range hole is 3.23. They are $299 from this site:

http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/reference63.aspx

Another site had them for $385 www.mobilesq.com

I was also considering the Hertz 163.3 3 way system.

Sonic electronix is out of the Focal VR3 but they cost almost $500.

Any recommendations?

No. I got a set of Hertz HSK 163.3 used, but new in the box for $265 shipped from a guy at caraudio dot com. http://www.audison.de/hertz/high_energy/hsk163.html
I have not had time yet to install them, but they get great reviews from various car audio forums. http://www.hertzaudiovideo.com/
