Does that include the Bracket R? The page doesn't say, but sort of implies that it does. Since I have the Bracket W, and a tibia extension, is it available on its own?

Does the original aluminum non-swivel mount have a slot for the dock cable?

Yes. I have that one and am considering getting the swivel version. Sell my non-swivel to you at a good price.

pass through rotating holder for iphone 3g with case

The craven mount looks great, but is there an option for an attachment so that the iphone can remain in its case and which also provides a pass-though connector so that the phone can just snap into a power connector? This would make for the PERFECT solution.

Cases for iPhones vary in thickness, so it would be difficult to make such a mount. I've abandoned using cases. Turns out the iPhone is pretty tough. I do use a clear protector over the screen.

Yes, the kit for $79 includes everything you need for mounting. If you already have a bracket for mounting you want the Module Only.

I hear you Robin, though I know many people who are rough users of mobile devices and for which cases at least give them a feeling of security (like both me and my wife!). A large number of iphone users, for better or for worse, have cases, and it is a pain to take the case off to use with a certain mount.

While I am sure an adjustable mount would take some engineering / fabrication work, I can't imagine that it would be prohibitively difficult considering there are a number of such adjustable mounts in the marketplace (proclip, kensington, etc.). Any idea whether a proclip mount (which has an adjustable, pass-through option) can be used with a craven brackets / arms?

Thanks,

Rich

Question: I have had mine in stalled for a few months now and i have noticed i get lots of wobble in my mount when i drive on the highway. Is there a way to stop it to some degree? I don't notice it head on but it is VERY distracting to my passengers.
