Need help: ipod not recharging - stock ipod integration kit

I recently had the stock ipod integration kit installed in my car (the one that goes in the secret compartment, not the USB/Aux/Y Cable system). Everything works well enough. However, the system is not recharging my ipod. My ipod is a 4th generation 16GB Ipod Nano.

Has anybody else had this problem before?

It sounds as if they for got to hook something up or left a connection loose. There sould be no problem with either of those charging off the MINI.

mikeythemini,
That is definitely the issue, since it was charging an older ipod properly.

Thanks a lot for the input. I was told something of the sort at the dealership. They said they were going to look into it..

Again, thanks a lot for the input.
