Alpine Head Unit w/ H/K Install HELP!!!

I have a 2004 MCS with the H/K audio system. I just bought the alpine IDA-X305. I hooked everything up including a Pac SWI-JACK for the MFSW and the alpine bluetooth thing and everything works accept i dont get any sound.
I'm assuming this alpine head unit isnt powering on my H/K amp. Is there some kind of adapter to get this alpine unit to work with my H/K amp or do i need to bypass the amp by running new speaker wires.
I'm really hoping to keep my factory amp and not have to get a new one or bypass it at all so if there is any adapter or anything out there to make this work please let me know. Thanks in advance!

-Ron
