MTTS 2008 (Boston) - I need some logistical support

Comrades in Minis,

I am in need of some help. After a dozen years and many great adventures through the Balkans and the battlefields, I am at long last be re-assigned to the States.

As luck would have, I need to be in the States the week after MTTS Boston. My plan is to fly out early and hit the Boston events before heading on to where I need to be.

I sure could use a hand.

I've got a whirlwind few months left, with trips to tie up loose ends and even some R&R -- Minis in the Alps is in early May, for example.

If all goes well, I will finish MITA and throw my autobahn-runner on a boat or something, and find a way to get me and my R53 to Boston in time. But after that, I am lost.

I could wade into this -- where to stay, where to eat, what to see and do, how to get to the Sam Adams brewery tour, etc. -- but I would welcome a helping hand from someone in the area. I had a day in Boston back in '04, after my second stint in Iraq, and before that it had been a couple of decades, I suppose.

Come on, folks -- throw me a bone here. I promise I won't try and drive at 120 mph through Beantown.....

Going up on Friday afternoon.

There is a "Craft Beer" tasting in Boston also on the same weekend. Right in downtown Boston. MINIs and 300 different micro-brew beers all in the same weekend. What more could you ask for.
