'06 JCW Map.

I just purchased the MTH for both my cars. Now I am sitting here, jonesing, waiting for the files to get back to me. A thought came into my head.

The '06 intake has a flap that opens up at 4500 rpm. If it is controlled by the ECU, can MTH be programmed to open up the flap earlier? Say at 3500 rpm? Would there be a benefit to this. I would love to hear from Franz or Vocker on this.

As I understand the actual wire connections, the flap actuator is triggered by the (self-contained) air box logic sensing wiring harness rpm signals. Thus, the ECU does not trigger the flap so the MTH software is unlikely to be able to control it.

06 JCW MCS and the MTH Tuner file

It is my understanding that the 06 factory JCW has a totally new ECU, and my question is: Is there a tested MTH Tuner file specifically for the factory 06 JCW MCS, and if so how good is it?

I just uploaded the tuner file to my '06 JCW and all I can say is "WOW". I haven't seen my wife that happy in a long time.
