Registration for MITM 2009 closed, as promised, on July 26th. By now, everybody who registered (and we thank you) should have received an email containing instructions on how to obtain the Welcome Guide. Several email addresses "bounced" and were returned by the Internet post office, possibly due to email blockers or filters at your company or possibly an email box that is too full (over quota). If you registered and have not received an email with instructions, please contact me at treasurer@mini5280.org with your concern. If possible, offer an alternative email address.
If you did not register, come to MITM anyway and have fun with everyone else. You'll be glad you did. Motor with other MINIs on the real Colorado highways, instead of the interweb highway. You will still get to enjoy the MITM Friday dinner at the nearby Town of Dillon BBQ contest, food served and more (buy your own food/drink tickets). You can participate in MITM rides (drives), the MITM car show (only $5), Copper Mountain's free live Guitar Town music, free outdoor movie and more. The dozen or so MITM vendors will treat you as well as any other MITM attendee, registered or not. You won't be able to attend the Saturday Vendor/Sponsor Dinner or be eligible for nice prizes and drawings. If you get here early enough, you just might be able to buy a MITM 2009 shirt off the rack at the MITM logo store, while supplies last. Finally, a last minute, spontaneous trip to Copper Mountain and MITM would be fun just getting there and back. Nothing to lose. But wait! What's the hurry in deciding right now? Why not put it off until a little later?
