Mountain Biking on Copper Mountain?

Is anybody interested in mountain biking on the ski mountains while at MITM? I was thinking that it would be fun to take the chairlift up, along with the bike, then ride downhill. There are lots of nice trails to choose from. Here's the information from the Copper Mountain website (coppercolorado.com) about downhill mountain biking:
  • Equipment Haul $15.00 (Arranged directly with Copper Mountain Resort, not with MITM)
  • Equipment Haul Pass good for unlimited hauls for one day only.
If so, post here so that we can gauge interest and begin scoping out the best trails. Of course, bike rentals are available from Copper Mountain Resort. Don't forget to bring your helmet and other safety equipment.
Rick (mountain biking since 1987)

For $15, you and your bike will be transported on the chairlift to the top of the mountain (11,374 ft), all day long. Then you have your choice of dirt trails to ride down. The lifts operate 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Is anybody interested in downhill mountain biking at MITM?

Any idea how much rental is at Copper?
