Are you looking for dog-friendly lodging at MITM?

If you're looking for lodging at Copper that allows dogs, www.vrbo.com has lots of condos right in the main Copper village. (tip: cross-reference the Copper lodging map on the Copper Mountain website to see where the condos are located)

Note that most SAY they do not accept dogs; however, if your dog is well-behaved and you promise to be diligent about picking up waste, I have found that most of the condo owners who list their condos as "No Pets Allowed" actually will allow them. I contacted several owners simultaneously to inquire about allowing my dog and all of them replied that they would accept him.

Granted, I was able to honestly tell them that he doesn't shed much, refuses to lie on anything but his own bed, doesn't chew and doesn't bark! I know that it's likely many of you can say the same or pretty close to it about your own dog(s).

So, don't give up in dispair if you haven't been able to find dog-friendly lodging. Just ask and you just may receive!

On a related note, I'm working on some possible MITM dog swag for the event. Don't hold me to it just yet, but I'm going to try to have something for our canine friends this year.
