Unfortunately, pictures do not properly convey the provenance / story of this fine automobile... To the uninitiated, it looks like a cool MINI - but it is SOOOO much more...

teh M62 isn't dead. Just needs proper dev work. And maybe a 2.0L stroker kit. That would be a killer OEM look sleeper car and I couldn't think of a better candidate to do it with than SpiderX's car.

Now that's two things that are a shame...

one that you're selling it, and the second is that no one is buying at this price.

I'll guess I'll ask the obvious (maybe not) since I don't know what all these mods add up to - how fast is this car? and how driveable is it for everyday purposes? I assume it's well outside of its warranty.

It is considerably faster than my 99 vette..... It is very driveable everyday...... 231.5 whp is a formidable Mini. IMO it is close to the perfect amount of whp for the car to be very quick......

I'm curious at what price this car will sell to a NAMer before I goi to Ebay?

This is KILLING me... in a different time this would be mine... but just can't swing it right now...

SOMEBODY needs to grab this car..... it's ready to induce more grins-per-dollar than anything else you could buy...

I went out in it last night and then went out in the vette'...... My anaology of the vette being like a Harley to the Mini being more Ducati..ish is pretty solid.

It is really weird because I see these people struggling with this mod and that mod..... I should decipher my list so that people can understand what is in this car....

Yeah, if you edited the first post and added a one sentence description for each abbreviation in your sig - what it is and why it's good.... that would make this "accessible" to folks with a different level of knowledge... but who still have the desire...

I will do that maybe tonight when I get home... a very good suggestion...... I am surprised that there are not more takers at this price but I think that many, especially new people, do not know what all the abreviations/acronyms in my sig are or what they cost.....

Thanks for the input

Put retail costs for the mods on the list as well...

maybe that will help too.

I have a 2004 PW/B MINI that I'm trying to sell on NAM with low miles and having a hard time. I'm looking for another one, and would love yours. I have a couple of people on it. Do you know anyone that would be interested? Where do you live? I am very interested in you MINI and if I can sell mine, I will be on yours. Has the tuning gotten rid of the flat spot? I noticed that going from an aftermarket modded car which was my first MINI to a JCW that I had no flat spot.

Hope your sale goes through . . . most of the "new guys" like me have probably just purchased minis and are looking for info. only.

Had I not purchased mine a month ago this one would be Canada bound.

Problem is . . . now I would have to sell the one I bought (or something else) before buying yours.

As a newbee I know the mods and the abbreviations and can see the amount of work you have done. Like Blimey I would love to have this car and a month ago I would have been all over it - but probably would have needed to see it on ebay as NAM was not something I knew much about at the time.

Good luck.

Forgive the newbie (Me), but I am in the market for an MCS daily driver. I don't know the definitions of all the goodies you have added, but clearly people on this forum do. Sounds like a nice ride. Is this an original engine or a rebuild/mod ? How many miles are we talking about? If it smokes a Vette, I imagine it's been "driven." I am the type that would spend a lifetime upgrading to what you may have already done and just haven't learned yet. The price is in my neighborhood....Would love to chat. I am in SoCal. Where are you?
