Oil Changes?

Does anyone know of a place in Colorado Springs where I can get an oil change where they can change the special oil filter and reset the oil change mile counter?
I went to a local tire dealer that does oil changes and they couldn't get the oil filter off. I've called around but no luck yet.

No idea. Though it sounds like a good enough reason to head up to Denver and go to Ralph Schomp MINI. Oil change for $75 last I checked.

Hope someone else is more helpful than I am.
