What about having the 2.5" exhaust wasn't working?

JMTC recommends 3" or larger exhaust to allow for adequate exhaust flow. I didn't try and run it with the 2.5 for this reason. It may flow fine with your high flow 3" DP into a smaller diameter cat back.

Did you just run the canned tunes on the AP with this turbo?

2.5inch catless is fine.
JMTC only says 3 inch because they are not allowed to tell us to go catless.
They will get in trouble and fined if they say that for street use. So they say 3inch or higher to be safe. I spoke to Arric at JMTC about this.

Sorry for being so slow on the responses.

The turbo and accessport are SOLD!!!

I was running the stage 3 AP tune and IMO it was not sufficient to take full advantage of the turbo's potential. I never got around to getting a custom tune or getting the car dyno'd so I have no real data on power output but it did rip once boost built up!

The exhaust was the innotech setup offered by JMTC. 3" catted DP to 4" catback. That was probably my favorite part of the setup. GROUCHY!

Thanks for all of the interest!
