I just picked up my 09 JCW last week and look forward to having some fun with your group. I own a specialty automotive shop on the Westside of Cleveland and have played with plenty of Coopers. I have been lurking around NAM for years, I am excited to contribute.
I was hunting for an m3 and when I was introduced to the JCW I had to have it!
Congrats on your new MINI! I've had mine for a little over two months and love her! I'm from the Eastside and plan on attending my first Burning River MINI meet this Saturday. Have fun! Don't drive "TOO" fast!!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of MINI! I live in Westpark near Impett Park. I'm on my 2nd MINI and love my Oct. build '07 MCS. Where exactly is your shop located? I could swing by and introduce myself someday if thats not being to forward. I'm envious of your JCW as I had the oppotunity to drive (hard) a JCW MCS and a JCW Clubman at MTTS at Road America race track in Elkhart Lake Wis. this past summer. I LOVE the exhaust popping a JCW produces. I'm sure you'll start to tweak yours even more since you know what you're doing. I hope you fall in love with your MINI. I did on both of my MINI's. I picked up my Mini on October 30th from Mentor. 2009 S in chili red w/black bonnet stripes and a few extras. I live on the west side and will be on the look out for your Mini. It looks awesome!
