Hi, fellow NJ MINI owners! I need to replace my alternator and put a new belt on the car by the end of this week. Anyone nearby Montclair or Lincoln Park, or even Andover where the car is now willing to let me borrow/rent a tensioner? Thanks

Maybe you can try the "local" club board.....many clubs have a little used board on nam , and frequently a regular one with postings and events in a seperate location. Good luck....lots of mini's in nj area...so it should work for ya... Good Luck!!

Sorry I didn't see this the first time. I am assuming you need a tensioner tool and not a tensioner. I have one and live in North Caldwell.
