Anyone know where a White Mini Cooper S Convertible can be rented for use in a Commercial on July 15?

When I used to work at Princeton MINI, we rented MINIs for commercial shoots all the time for a fee. Hopefully they have the color you want in stock. Sometimes, you can't be selective. Contact them and ask for Jeremy Golis. If Jeremy is not in ask for Alan Causing.

I always laugh when I get the call for a stock classic Mini in red with a gold roof for a shoot in two days like I have one in my garage.

Anyway, if they don't have one in stock, you may request if they could contact one of their customers who do have one for you and give the customer your contact info.
