Since it's cold we can warm up with some Mexican food at El Valle at 305 W John St, Matthews, NC, on Tuesday 2/20. It's a couple of blocks South of the Hwy 51 and Monroe Road intersection.
Meet in the parking lot at 6:30 and troop in for chow at 7:00.

Nay's Mini, I think that is a good idea and we should not only change the day but let each member select the place and call and get it set up we usually have 12-20 people show up. Thanks for the idea and we will consider it. Luke
Everyone has been wanting some Mexican Food, well here is the chance Also, Scott and Kay have been coming to all of the Meet N Eats but Kay's Father passed away so they will be out of state. Keep their family in your thoughts and prayers!

CheeseBurger in Paradise just opened a new store in Huntersville. Some of the best burgers and beverages in town. Perhaps we can venture to Huntersville on a Saturday in March or April. I think everyone would enjoy!

Shelly, great idea since we have't been up 77 north in over a year. Get with Chris our Charlotte VP and get it set up. Be nice if they could block off parking lot for our Mini's like other places have? Check with them and see what manager says? We had a great time and meal at the Mexican Restrauant, even tho I do not care for that type food, it was good and the fellowship was great as usual!!! Cheesburger, cheesburger, pepsi, pepsi!!!Luke
