Hello Everyone, just wanted to put some directions for everyone that is coming.
* From Spartanburg/Charlotte/I85, take I-85 to exit 46B. Continue on Pleasantburg Drive Hwy 25 towards Greenwood/Mooresville.
* After 5 miles, take a left, at the traffic light, on Antioch Church Rd. A Sphinx station and a CVS pharmacy will be on your left at this intersection.
* Go 3/4 mi. and turn right on South Harris Rd. There's an Atlas Cold Storage just before the turn.
* About 1/2 mi. down Harris Rd. is DDM Works on your left, a large brown building with a number of Miatas and MINI's parked out front. You can't miss it.
* From Atlanta/Anderson/I-85, take I-85 take exit 46A. After you get off the exit, turn right on Augusta Rd. Continue on Augusta Road to the 3rd traffic light and turn right on Highway 25/Pleasantburg Drive.

Okay, Zaino's off so I'm thinking of heading down. I'll be on FRS channel 7, no sub channel.
(The Tar Heel guys are trying to get me 2.5 hrs the other direction to a lunch meet in Apex, so you're winning by an hour round trip. ;-) )
Dave, (the Miata guy?), I think I eavesdropped on your conversations at the annual meeting at D&Bs and you had some cool things in the works. Although I don't know jack about performance, ;-) you guys sure do and it'll be fun to hear how you're progressing.

Thanks for the offer, PM sent--have to run some errands, then heading South!
Thanks guys! Had a great time. Can't wait to hear how Tom likes his mods.
Waylen put an H-sport comp rear sway bar on my car--did some donuts, hit some twisties on the way home and what a difference, even on my stocker, with run flats!
For those of you who know to ask, (I didn't until today), it's on the middle setting.
P.S. The reason I can get away with it, when the wifey said, "No mod's till it's yours."? She won't notice a 5 lb 25mm black sway bar tucked between the rear shocks, of course!

Reason: Update and pics / 'e'
That black car in the first picture looks familiar. It's good to see Waylen finally back at work instead of screwing off in Europe. I see he drove that counterfeit GP of his too.

Many thanks to Dave (DDMWorks, our host) and Way, as well as the other MINI owners who showed up yesterday. It was great to see MINI mods and discuss them with people who really understand what makes MINIs work, and work fast.
I was impressed by the MINI work DDMWorks is doing (as well as its Miata work) and thought Way did a great job on the cars he was modding. I'd not hesitate to recommend them to others. I'd also recommend attending this type of event to anyone who is interested in modifications, or just wants to know what makes his or her MINI tick.
